This site does look like it allows com...I confess. This site does look like it allows comments, but it also looks like a lot of well packaged ideas... (meaning perhaps they were packaged before the public was granted access to the site). I don't want to just think like a cynic, but my past experience with transit planners is that the "community forums" are not typically to invite public ideas, criticism and involvement. But rather to sell the public on what planners have already done behind closed doors.
